Service Agreement

This agreement governs your use of DNT Cellular wireless services. By activating service, you accept these terms and commit to the obligations outlined below.

Service Term

• Standard service agreements are for 24 months
• Service begins on activation date
• Month-to-month service available at higher rates
• Early termination fees apply for contract cancellation

Your Responsibilities

Payment Obligations

• Monthly service charges are due by the due date
• Usage charges apply for services exceeding plan limits
• Late fees may apply to overdue accounts
• You're responsible for all charges on your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services responsibly:

• Do not use services for illegal activities
• Do not interfere with network operations
• Do not use services to harass or threaten others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Service Limitations

Data Services

• Data speeds may vary based on location and network conditions
• We may prioritize traffic during busy periods
• Some content may be restricted or blocked
• International data roaming requires separate activation

Equipment and Devices

Device requirements and responsibilities:

• You must use compatible, approved devices
• Device warranty is provided by manufacturer
• Lost or stolen devices must be reported immediately
• You're responsible for device insurance and protection

Service Changes and Fees

Plan Changes

• You may change plans with proper notice
• Some changes may require contract extension
• Downgrades may be restricted during contract term
• Change fees may apply

Rate Changes

We may change rates and fees with 30 days notice. You may cancel service within 30 days of rate changes without early termination fees.

Account Suspension and Termination

Early Termination

• Cancellation before contract end incurs early termination fee
• Current ETF: $175 per line, prorated monthly
• Equipment financing balances become due immediately
• Final bill includes all outstanding charges

Limitations and Disclaimers

Service Availability

Wireless service may be limited or unavailable due to:

• Network maintenance or upgrades
• Weather conditions
• Geographic limitations
• Emergency situations

Emergency Services

Privacy and Information

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use information as described in that policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

• We'll work to resolve issues promptly
• Escalation procedures available for unresolved issues

Legal Disputes

Any legal disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with reasonable notice:

• Notice provided via bill insert, email, or text
• Continued use constitutes acceptance
• Material changes may allow cancellation without ETF
